Rates
Our rates are as follows: $125 + tax for 2 people
$20 + tax per extra person up to a total of 5 people $25 + tax for roll away bed (roll away bed available only upon prior request) Reservations & Deposits

A Visa, Mastercard or deposit for one night's stay, including tax, is required to confirm all reservations.
We will HOLD your reservation with a Visa or MasterCard.
Methods of Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks (with ID listed), Money Orders or Cash for payment.
Check In & Check Out
We will look for you to check in between 3-5 P.M., unless other arrangements have been made.
Check out time is 11 AM. Weekend & Holiday Requirements
A 2-night minimum stay is required for weekend visits in peak seasons, holidays and local special events.
Peak seasons are May-July and October-December.
Restrictions
We can not accommodate pets.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, you must call (903) 665-2080 seven or more days prior to your scheduled stay. If you fail to cancel seven or more days in advance, you will be responsible for payment of one night's stay,including tax, unless the cottage can be re-rented for your reserved period of stay. More time may be required for cancellation during holidays or local special events. |
